- No Inspection: We do not manually inspect, read, or edit your files unless required by law or in response to a report of abuse (see "Abuse and Illegal Content" below).

- Standard Conversions: Files uploaded for immediate conversion are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour after processing.
- Shared Download Links: If you use our "Share Link" feature, the file will be retained for a maximum of 24 hours to facilitate the sharing function, after which it is permanently deleted.
- Data Security: We use standard industry security measures (SSL/TLS encryption) to protect your files during transfer.
Abuse and Illegal Content (Zero Tolerance)
ConvertFT maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the upload or sharing of illegal content.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We are legally obligated to report any suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies. In such cases, the privacy protections outlined in this policy regarding file deletion are suspended to preserve evidence for authorities.
- Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that upload malware, copyrighted material without permission, or explicit content that violates our Terms of Service.
